Export your data

Open Settings, then Privacy & Data. Choose Export all app data to create an archive of the data on this device.

When you use household sharing, Export device and online data includes a separate authorized online snapshot. An owner receives the shared household record; a caregiver receives their account data and currently accessible care records. Unsynced changes and local photos remain in the device section.

Choose where to save or share the verified archive. Keep it somewhere private: exports can contain care records and contact details. Archives are machine-readable and cannot currently be imported back into the app.

Online snapshot access expires after 15 minutes; downloads request removal and a scheduled cleanup removes expired snapshots. See the privacy policy for retention details.

Remove data from this device

Delete all app data removes app data, local photos, reminders, and unsynced changes from this device. Export anything you want to keep first.

This device-data control does not delete an online account, shared household, another device’s data, or copies you previously exported.
