Jakub reviews the support inbox each business day. Include your app version, device and operating-system version, and a brief description of the issue. Include the non-secret request reference if the app provides one.
Ordinary resolved support email is deleted after 90 days unless a documented legal or security need requires longer retention. Read the privacy policy for provider handling and your rights.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in or invitation codes, tokens, full data exports, pet-care notes, photos, or another caregiver’s personal information.

Reminders and alarm access
Reminders are on by default for new routines. Open Today to allow notifications or set up alarm reminders when the app shows a permission notice. If you previously denied access, use the notice to open device Settings. You can turn reminders off for an individual routine.
Android offers separate access for precise timing and full-screen reminders; ordinary notifications are the fallback when special access is unavailable. On iOS 26 or later, alarm access is separate from ordinary notifications. Earlier iOS versions, or denied alarm access, use ordinary notifications when notification permission is allowed. The operating system can delay or suppress alerts.
An iOS alarm’s Stop action silences it without recording care; Postpone 10 minutes reminds you again in ten minutes. Open the care reminder in the app to confirm Complete or Skip. Postponing a reminder applies to this device. Another caregiver’s completion may not reach an offline device before its reminder appears.
Help with your data
Interrupted online deletion
Reopen the app to check the saved deletion request. If it cannot verify completion, keep the request reference and email support. A missing account or expired receipt alone does not prove that deletion finished.
If offered, Erase this device only is a separate choice: it removes local records, unsynced changes, and saved status access, without confirming or cancelling online deletion. Save your request reference before using it. A deletion already committed on the server continues independently.
